    no smoke

    my temp is at 250 and im about 1 hour in and no smoke coming from the top. Can anyone help thanks

    first smoke

    just got my new weber 22.5 and my first smoke will be without an extra thermometer so i need to know how much differnt the temp will be on the top grate compared to what the lid temp says thanks jr
