    Never Add Charcoal Again

I can't wait for the test run on the PWP. My hypothesis: PWP= decreased use of fuel + decreased cooking times + decreased cleaning time yielding increased money saved and decreased time spent eventually yielding excellent Q!

    Brisket,Butt and the Bears

Nothing tonight unfortunately. My friend is bartending tonight and the owner gives shots to the house when the bears score and we sing the fight song. After about the second half he usually starts giving them out for turnovers, sacks, etc. I had to call in to work the day after the...

    Never Add Charcoal Again

    Grate types on Silver B

I would suggest purchasing a Silver B that has the PCI(Porcelain Cast Iron) grates. Home Depot sells them exclusively with them included. I purchased my Silver B a while back and when my standard grates started to show wear, I upgraded to the PCIs for about $60, Home Depot stocks them. My...

    Oak from backyard for smoking?

I was in Lowe's the other day and they had a 3/4" 7 ply cabinet grade sheet of Birch plywood for a measely $5, normally $38. Could this be cut down in pieces and used in the WSM? Along that note, the unfinished molding, trim, etc. is red oak. Would this be safe to use in the WSM also? I...
