    My first "smoker" I bought several of the charcoal "bins" for it and as I would lose temp, I would fire up another bin and put the smoker over the freshly lit bin. Otherwise, temp drop was impossible to overcome

    First time seeing it < $8 Dry Brined 30+ hours On the WSK @ 400 for 22 minutes (yeah, I probably could have pulled it sooner, but I start hitting the adult beverages pretty early, so my timing is a tad wharped) I’m quite happy with it
