I just had the same problem. I finally determined that it must be the regulator. I ordered a new one from Amazon and it arrived a few days ago. I removed the old one yesterday and installed the new one, and presto, problem solved!

Yes it does. That's not necessarily a bad thing BTW. I like the RO Classic Briquettes and that's all I use in the WSM. I picked up a twin pack today, so will try them out in the Performer tomorrow. If nothing else, they'll be fine for smoking in the WSM.

I saw this in my local Costco today. It's priced at $18.99 for 2X20lb twins. Not bad as it's $4 less than the 2X18lb twin packs of K-Pro. Does anyone know anything about this stuff? I've never seen it there before so I know nothing about it. Is it re-branded KBB, Royal Oak, or something...

I'm wondering the same thing. How is the high heat stuff any different from K-Pro? Maybe it's just K-Pro re-branded? I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. Anyway, looking forward to Chris's tests.

I do the same thing that several members have mentioned already. I have 2 tanks so when the one on the grill runs out, I swap it with the full one which I keep in the garage. Then just re-fill the empty one at my earliest convenience. The only problem with this is when the tank scale gets...
