As far as Costco goes, you'll have to wait until spring for K-Pro since charcoal is one of their many seasonal items. They usually don't re-stock it until just before Easter Weekend.

Same here. Hopefully a lot of the confusion on where to get the half dose Moderna booster (& when) will be cleared up in a few weeks.

Thanks for the heads up on Cowboy All Natural Hardwood Briquets. I'm going to Costco on Fri so will have to see if they have this. That price ending in .97 means it's a clearance item, so no guarantee that the Costco I shop at will still have any left.

Something to keep in mind with TSC is that they may not have the best price in town when it comes to propane. Case in point. The Chevron here in the middle of town (it's closer to my house than TSC) charges $3/gallon for propane, while the TSC charges $3.35/gallon. You can probably guess...

HD has the twin 20lb packs of KBB on sale for $16.88. Price is good until 9/8. Not the best sale by any means, but considering they haven't had it on sale at all since start of the pandemic, better than no sale....

I received the Sept Costco sales flier last week and K-Pro isn't listed in there at all. Costco may have it on sale over the Labor Day Holiday Weekend, though. Guess we'll know for sure by next Thurs or Fri.

I hope you both have a speedy recovery. Wearing shoes when cooking with charcoal is mandatory. Also, after you dump the coals from the chimney look inside to make sure there isn't a stray coal or two remaining that could fall through the cone grate and land on your foot.

I don't go to Target often for the same reason. By the time I do go, the mark downs are picked over to the point that there's next to nothing left.

I've narrowed the brands of charcoal I'm using down to 3. They are KBB - 4 18lb bags left. KPro - 9 18lb bags left Royal Oak Classic/Ridge - 1 20lb bag, 2 18lb bags and 2 16 lb bags. So I'll need 3 twin packs to get through until next Memorial Day. That's the good news. Not sure what...

I was picking up a few things at Grocery. Outlet earlier today and saw that they had 20lb bags of the Royal Oak Classic (the red and yellow bag) for $7.99. Not bad. I picked up 2.

Same here. And the app makes it even more convenient since you don't have to go inside the store and get the attention of a cashier and tell them you need to have a tank refilled.

We did pizza on the grill on Friday. Does Papa Muphey's pizza count? Because that's what we cooked on the Genesis. Their chicken-bacon-artichoke pizza is really good.
