    Sunday night steaks

I did have a good beer Morgan. Local beer from San Tan Brewery in Chandler AZ. Sun Devil Ale. I know that horseradish looks heavy but it wasn't very strong IMO. I guess living here in AZ, I've gotten used to eating hot spicy food? I just like it better then steak sauce LOL.

    Performer Lid

I love my Performer but never liked the holder much. I usually place the lid on the ground when setting up the grill or loading up whatever I'm cooking. I only use the holder when I'm doing a quick reach in to flip or move food around. Otherwise, the lid gets set on the ground (just like with...

    Saturday Pizza and thank you!

Great looking pie Jim. I've been watching this post and taking notes. My one attempt at pizza on a kettle was so so. I hope to do better next time. I'd also like to get a thin crispy crust. If you ever figure it out the thin crust, let us know. I have a pizza dough recipe in the book that...

A couple of boneless NY Strip steaks for dinner tonight. On the grill with a couple of baked taters. Ready to eat. Steak covered in horseradish (my favorite way to eat it). Potato and some corn. First bite! It was all sooo good. Thanks for looking.

    Saturday snack

I just had to try these. Wife is out shopping while I watch football, so I needed a snack. Cheated though.... we had some pre-made meatballs from Costco in the freezer. I did a quick defrost on a half dozen and wrapped in bacon. Use light sprinkle of some rocky mountain rub. A small...

    Weber Chimney Starter ?

I would say yes... I always get flames shooting up. They do die down and I usually wait until the top coals are starting to ash over (15 - 20 minutes with a full chimney) before I dump them into the ring.
