I sometimes share pictures in the Photo gallery for my cooks or my wife's baking. But, I don't assume everyone wants or expects the recipe. If someone asks for it, then I'll gladly provide it. If it's in the Recipe forum, then yeah, I'll post a recipe and maybe a pic. That's just me. 🤷‍♂️

I always grill on the weekends and we have dinner together - my wife never feels like she has to eat by herself - even on college game day. When my son comes over sometimes we give a shout of exuberance during a game - my wife says she smiles when she hears us. And for karmic balance...

While in Pagosa Springs last week, we had dinner at Riff Raff Brewing on the Rio (the San Juan River). Patio seating was on the river, 2-man band called Highway 17 from Chama, New Mexico was playing, the beer was great, and the sun was setting. It was all totally unplanned- I saw the brewery...

Just got back from a road trip thru Taos, New Mexico and Pagosa Spring, CO. The fall colors were juuuusttt beginning in Northern New Mexico, but in Colorado it was popping! We drove part of the Silver Thread Scenic Byway starting in South Fork, CO and every turn in the road was a postcard...

Marinated drumsticks in Asian sweet w/ heat mixup on the WSM. Bacon wrapped tater tots with a wedge of "hot" Hatch green chile. Tater tots crisped up and ready for serving Drumsticks done - wonderful color/smoke from the WSM Plated with wok wilted spinach - garlic olive oil Family thumbs up!
