    Keter food prep cart

Dustin, how's the cart holding up? Thinking about grabbing one. Sounds like you store yours inside? If I got one, I'd keep it outside on the deck, no cover. Think it would hold up pretty well?

Summit Silver brand new lids and cookbox

I think you'd have a hard time selling an entire grill for $600, let alone just the cook box.

    Performer Bowl Issues

It's not an issue limited to the Crimson bowl....just in general that happens. You got unlucky twice! My crimson is about 4 years old and looks nice and smooth. Honestly though, you would be fine to cook on either of those. I would use one of your "old" bowls and save the new (second) one they...

When Did Weber Switch To Porcelain Enamelled Grates?

Pretty sure the Weber Q has had the same style grates since the Q was introduced....at least in the USA. I've never come across one with a different grate. You can buy different ones from 3rd parties though.

    18% off at https://www.thermoworks.com/

My WAND was delivered yesterday. This thing is nice. Feels well built, like their BBQ thermometers and it works very well. Super easy to use. Before getting this, we were using a $20-30 thermometer from some no-name company on Amazon. It required you to press the thermometer against the...

Replacing Burner Tubes in a 2008 Genesis E-310 LP (No Side Burner)

To remove the burner tubes, you don't have to remove the bolts you have arrowed in blue....if you were wanting to paint the firebox, then you would want to remove those blow arrowed bolts.

Brisket - No Fat After Trimming?

Looks good! I'd eat that! To answer your question about fat, I'm not a fan of leaving large amounts of fat/blubber on any cuts of meat. So I trim most of it off, but leave just a little.
