    Results of first WSM 22.5 smoke

    Did this smoke on Sunday. Went with the basic BBQ chicken recipe http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/chicken6.html . Also threw some corn on the cob on the top grate since they were on sale at the store. Following the instructions exactly, the smoker stayed ~350F with all the vents fully open...
