    Here some chicken loaf and asparagus.I also grilled some tofu for the wife but didn't take pics of that.I put the same parsley and garlic oil on the loaf and tofu.I made extra the other day now I will be putting it on everything.

    Ribs in cryo-wrap purchased a year ago?

    I just smoked ones that have been the freezer for almost a year.I forgot I had them.I thawed them out and they didn't smell so I cooked and they wee they best ribs I did yet.

    Did some pulled pork and tried some homemade buns.I will defiantly make homemade buns more often.One batch got darker as I was watching the red wings game for a few extra seconds to long.

    Nate, I really like the new stuff.If you never tried the wild give it a try.Heck I have mixed the original,wild and brisket altogether and liked it alot. I add the rub to my mayo for sandwhich's.
