    It's hard to tell, but I added Kinder's Caramelized Onion Butter seasoning on the ribs the night before. Lately, I haven't been adding any BBQ sauce to ribs, they were plenty tasty as is :)

    Smoked at 200FF for 3 hrs, wrapped for another 3 hrs at 225F, they were very moist but not falling off the bone. very tasty :)

    Spinning a Tri tip :)

    I found a nice tri tip on sale for $2.99 lb, I used several chunks of Hickory wood, cooked it for about 25 minutes or so. When I sliced the tri tip, it was very tender and juicy :)

    Saturday Wings

    Wings on Mini Me smoker, I used Pecan wood for smoke, 45 minutes later, they were done, very moist and tasty :)

    Ceder planked Salmon

    I saw a nice Salmon fillet at the store, seasoned it and cooked it on a plank of Ceder. I used some Pecan wood chunks for smoke. It took about 25 ish minutes or so to cook, fillet was very moist and tasty :).

    Smoker set at 200F for 2 1/2 hours, wrapped in foil for another 2hrs at 250F, they were super moist and juicy :)

    I had all the vents wide open, dumped the coals, no water in the pan, it runs around 300F, the wings only took about 45 minutes to good, they were very tasty :)

    Roasted chicken

    Roasted chicken at 350F for 3 hrs, it pretty much fell apart when I tried to slice it. Very tender and juicy.
