    I also agree with Russell, you could use them as door stops after 8 hours. I'll do them on the WSM for 3 hrs, then foil for 30-45 min and open all the vents to get a quick temp spike then put em' back on the WSM for about 1 hr and finish them off with sauce the last 15-20 min.     Hi Mitch, I have purchased BB's at Publix and sometimesthe membrane in on and sometimes it is off. It depends on who is working in the butcher shop. I will just ask the butcher if he in the back if they ave pulled the membrane off or not, they are pretty good about talking to you. Best...

    Hi everyone, I am cooking 4 Baby Backs, what does everyone think? should I use the Minion Method and put the BB's on immeadiatly or should I use the Standard method and wait for the grill to come down to 225-250? I will be using the 3-1-1 formula. Thanks in advance, Larry B

    Anyone sauce then foil their ribs?

    I have had great luck with the 3-1-1 method myself. after the 3 hour mark, I will sprinkle some brown sugar on them and then spray on some apple juice, wrap them tightly for an hour and then finish them with the foil off for an hour or so.. Larry B
