Wifi not working on Pi zero W

The easiest way to get connect to the zero without a lcd would be to just load a new firmware onto the zero and turn it on. If you are looking on your homes wifi, it won't be there, use a phone or tablet that is able to connect to WiFi, phone being the easiest. Look for heatermeter and...

weight of 4.3 case and other noob questions

Just a guess. One roll of 2 pounds can make about 6+ cases 2 pounds=906 grams=$90 Divide that by 6 and you get $15 abouts. I'd say, it would cost less then $15. But my numbers on how many cases out of s roll of material could be way off, but I expect it to be cheaper then $15

    Thermocouple amps "out of supply"

Mouser does have the more expensive 8497 version available, but the ambient temperature is from 25°c(77°F). So, those wouldn't work correctly unless the air temperature outside was above 77°F. I'm going to purchase them from China and hope for the best.

I use the same blower, as long as you have atleast 1.2+ amp power supply it works fine. The blower is a 28cfm blower. I use it at 100% on my Gravity feed

I put in a turkey yesterday for a cousin's Thanksgiving dinner and after an hour I had issues with my HM and probes. I believe my Gravity feed was alot hotter then the 325°F setpoint, as my door warped Grease deflector spot weld broke, yikes. Anyways, my HM was supper hot also. When my temps...

    Raspberry PI 3 or Zero

I have never seen any differences to the various Rpi's. They all perform the same for what we need them to do. If you are experiencing a difference, I would look more at wifi interference, and your network.
