Thanks Case. I might give one of those mats a try.

    Meat loaf

That meatloaf looks fantastic Case. Bet it was delicious. I can't find any decent horseradish down here. That extra hot Beaver product is too mild for my taste. None of the box stores have anything decent. Our local fish/meat shop carries on that's OK, I believe it was called Fred's...

    Kettle as an oven?

Yes Jeff, I do it all the time, same set up as you mentioned. I added an adapter to one of my 22" kettles so that I can use my CyberQ for cooks that are a little more temperature specific.

    Gabby Grill for the 14

As my financial advisor Rich G. mentioned, I do have one of these that I use on my 22" kettles, mainly the Performer. I love it and probably use it at least once a week. It is very convenient for recipes that call to bring item to a boil for a minute or two and then reduce heat to a simmer...

    Another Butt Thread :-)

Looks terrific Erik. Mac and cheese and fries are perfect sides for your pork. Like the mod's you did on your wsm too, charcoal grate and wheels.

    4 Kinds of Sausage

Wow, that's like reading a good book. Another outstanding post Rich. Were the sheep casings used for the Kabanosy? When I make my snack sticks I use the small collegen casings. Good idea downsizing the batch size. I was digging through my freezer and discovered a couple bags of my sausages...

Dinner for Ginger & Chili & a Burger for me

Ginger eats lettuce and tomato? I bet if you gave her a can on Alpo she'd just bark at it. Seriously Kemper, nice burgers. I'm having burgers tonight too. Wifey's burgers!

    Leftover Brisket = Chili Time!!

Winner Winner Second Place Chicken Dinner

Funny, I got the same feeling when I looked at your masterpiece Michael. Man, did you nail this cook. If we were having a competition, and we're not, I'd pick yours first any day of the week. So much detail and things to love besides the delicious chicken. That gravy looks off the chart and...
