Weber Performer with Weber Rotisserie - where to put the baked potatoes?

With the “open center” I would exactly what you are thinking. I’m not a “foil my potatoes” person most of the time, I will scrub and roll on coarse salt. That gives a crispy skin! Maybe an hour for roasting time.

    Knife sharpener

My father used to use a steel almost every use. He was a butcher at Kroger at one point and learned how to do it beautifully! My thing is “Wash it, dry it, Steel it, put it away EVERY time!” I’ve done that for many years and I tell “guests that feel like they must help” to “DON’T fool with my...

Father's Day curb find - rolling distance from our house

I’d likely do the same kind of thing but, maybe something like “hardware cloth” and leave it open “just enough” to pull the tray. I’m not too concerned, if some dog is brave enough to venture into my backyard to get to the grill, I hope he burns his tongue!

    BBQ battle.

This is sad to see, I’m quite surprised that the “team” at Weber simply missed this, let alone the patent office.

And a tip of the hat to TonyUK!

I will be doing some “Cajun” Kilties for the early summer birthday party this Saturday! Going a wee bit differently,I will put these on the smoker when I pull the brisket to rest, will slide the beans at the same time! Bourbon Day 6/14/25

After a day of fiddling with disgustingly dirty kitchen windows (Mea Culpa…) followed by a top to bottom vacuuming, prep for a biggish party on Saturday, starting framing of art for granddaughter and grandsons birthday, fighting with setting up new equipment for internet/TV/phone connectivity...

    Happy Father's Day

It will. Even after not playing with my buddies for extended periods I still some slight residual calluses so, once you’ve abused your left hand fingertips for a few years, they will “remember” have fun, and always remember it’s called “Playing” music!

    Happy Father's Day

Play a little every day and you will be fine! I used to sell guitars and that was one of my “first player” strategies! Several became quite good! The more you do the more you will learn. Get the tune in your head then, teach your hands where to go! Have a ball!
