Traveler, Q, or other? Favorite LP portable grill…

I've almost pulled the trigger on a Traveler several times, but I already have a Q1200, Q2000, Char Q, Go Anywhere Charcoal, and a Go Anywhere Gas. lol. I'm not in any loss for portable grills so it's hard to justify the purchase. Looks like a great grill, though.

Outdoor cooking tables, bbq prep area.

I love your setup. Great use of your available space. And, I love all the little Weber touches like the lantern and metal signs. Very nice.

Outdoor cooking tables, bbq prep area.

That is quite impressive. Unfortunately I don't get to allocate as much of our home budget to my outdoor kitchen as you will be, but anything close to that would be amazing. I love the idea of what I call a "carving table." meat goes straight from the grill to the table to be carved for dinner...

Outdoor cooking tables, bbq prep area.

So, we're in the design phase of our new home build and I finally got some preliminary looks at what my "cook shack" (name is still in the design phase too lol) will look like. We already bought our lot. It's half an acre and we have our own tiny dock on the lake. This is the view from the...

Looking for some healthy chicken and veggie recipes.

Yeah, when it blends and emulsifies it's orange and almost a whipped consistency. It's very good.

Anyone a subscriber to T-Mobile 5g home internet? Or other providers except Xfinity?

We have xfinity at home and T-Mobile home internet that we use in the camper when travelling. I love the T-Mobile home internet but we don't have great signal at our house so it remains as our camper internet. We've used it all over the country in our travels the last 2 years. Lowest signal...

    Would you try this?

I just got the cheap plastic one that was quickly available so I could give it a try and see how it goes. Figure I might have to invest in a more heavy duty unit later, but this one feels really strong and high quality even though it's plastic. I hand washed it after and it's definitely heavy...

    Would you try this?

I just learned that this week. Finally pulled the trigger on the meat grinder attachment for the KitchenAid mixer and did a first run of ground sirloin for taco meat. I was blown away how much better it was than preground beef. I can't imagine going back now. Even just the sirloin was pretty...

Sam Club Tips for the Foreigner

I've found that Sam's meat is pretty damn good, ESPECIALLY their PRIME marked beef. The tenderloins (filet mignon) are sold in a 4 pack and run less than $30 a pound which is a great price for very good steaks. My 80 year old mom (who lives with us) just prefers sirloin steaks over any other...

    Pollo asado chicken thighs

Ugh, I meant to post this in the thread asking for recipes for chicken and veggies. lol.

Looking for some healthy chicken and veggie recipes.

My favorite goto for my fajita/taco style chicken is: Put the contents of entire can in a blender and add 1 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup white vinegar (1/2 cup of olive oil and 1/4 cup white vinegar, for spicy) as well as about 3 or 4 tablespoons of my taco seasoning, or you could use any rub or...

    Disney Q2000 grill day

I'll tell you what... we used to bring the kids every other year for summer vacation. We would do the full week, on resort, full days at all 4 parks. Great memories and loved all of it. But, you know what MIGHT be even better? Lol. Now that the kids are grown and we live close we have...

    Disney Q2000 grill day

I am loving the Genesis more than I thought I would. I forgot how great of a grill it is. I've been using it pretty exclusively since I got it to try to get some season on it and it just just a beast of a grill. Didn't expect to like it as much as I am. Lol. This Q2000 surprised me this weekend...

    Disney Q2000 grill day

So, wife and I are Disneyworld season pass holders and visit QUITE frequently. We have a golf cart and toy hauler camper and stay at the Wilderness Campground on resort. We're here this weekend and so we're decorated for St. Patrick's Day since it's the next holiday. Well, this weekend our...

No tank scale on new Genesis models?

I HATE using exchanges. I have multiple tanks so I can run each one to empty and then swap out the reserve tank and get the empty one filled. I also have 2 tanks on my camper. When I need a fill I just look up an Ace hardware nearby that fills tanks. It's been my most reliable way to find a good...

No tank scale on new Genesis models?

My E-435 has the weight based tank monitor and in fact has a needle that comes out the front of the door seam so you can see it without opening the cabinet. Not sure if the E-300s have them

    FT-400

Well, to be fair the Gen 1's of the standalone griddles do have a similar minimalist design. In fact, it's the one of the few "cons" of the units according to the blackstone guys. lol. Although it would have been cool to see them add things like the sliding cover in two pieces that become the...

    Thinking About Espresso

Well, my opinion is that the amount of money you are looking at for this machine is the right amount to spend if you are still being exploratory. We started with (~$30): Then tried this for a while (~$250) Now, using this (~$800) So, very much like you we wanted to see how deep down...
