The regulators over time can block up, and they do come in different sizes. i would try another known good tank/regulator and see if that solves the problem.

Hi Erik, I might be wrong, but check your Silver B manifold. I think you might find a small plug that screws out, so the gas line for the side burner can be attached. I am away from home at the moment otherwise I would check for you.
