I love tacos de lengua. I've never tried making it myself however. There is a great taco shop in Denver that does lengua. We always go there after Bronco or Rockies games. Is there anything to know on how to prep it? also, after it's cooked, do you just shred the whole thing?

Haha. I didn't get that impression. He lived up in the hills a bit, and his property was littered (literally) with weber stuff. There must have been 20 kettle lids scattered through out the dirt. That's why inquired how he got since he clearly has some sort of Weber buying and selling thing...
