    Butcher Paper--where to order/purchase?

That's the first time I've seen a Site complain about getting too much advertising. You'd think being in the top search results on Google would be good for business.

Don't try this at home folks

My Internet world's are crossing paths as Jalopnik is also a Site I visit daily. This is probably the most expensive "barbecue" in the world. :)

Pork Butts for Christmas Eve Dinner

I can't comment on the cooking temps or your other questions, but the WSM without the middle section sure made me laugh. It looks like a martian space ship or something. Good luck with the cook.

    Weber Cookbook Recipe Index

Wow. This is an awesome resource. I have many of the books but sometimes I find myself going through all of them to find a specific recipe. Now I will let CTRL + F do the walking.... Big thanks to Jim and Chris! :D Merry Christmas!

    Lump will not get hot

I'm not speaking from experience, but I have read other posts saying that you may need to pack the lump after putting it into the charcoal ring. This is supposed to help the lump catch as it reduces the air pockets caused by the irregular shape. Perhaps someone with more lump experience can...

My name is Dan and I have a problem....

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and special thanks to my fellow Ontarians for the tips on acquiring meat. I'm actually out east of Toronto in Durham Region but I put Toronto in my profile because no one outside of Ontario would know where Durham is. I guess I'll be spending my new year...

    Let's see your seasonings cabinet!

LOL. I will definitely be showing these to the wife as it seems I'm not the only one with a ridiculous amount of seasonings. I don't know how many times I've opened the cupboard to grab one and a bunch fall out all over the stove.

    weber rib & roast holder?

Just be super careful when trying to bend the legs (or any piece) of the roast / rib holder. I tried to angle mine and snapped off on of the bars.

My name is Dan and I have a problem....

I never said anything about not barbecuing in the cold, I'm all for that (except for this weekend because we are iced in). I spoke to the dealer and he said he won't get the bulk of his 2014 WSMs in until spring and at that point I'll be first in line. My bigger concern is where to pick up the...

How is the best way to light a grill and smoker after dark? Part II

I have my grill positioned right under a large floodlight on my deck, so that's what I use for after dark cooking. The only down side is that it lights up my whole backyard, so my neighbors are free to watch the action. I also have one of those Weber LED lights that attach to the handle of the...
