Thanks, I'm new to the WSMs, got this one maybe a month ago. I'm still trying to get used to the minion method. I use the fuse method on my kettles with up to 24 hours with half a 20# bag of kingsford blue. It is really hard to beat the Weber kettles, i only got the WSM cause I got a big event...
