Here is a few modifications I've made.
I extended the grate bars by 5 inches so I could add a 3rd grill
Made some brackets to mount handles and a table

Strangely, there are not many road signs in my neighborhood since I moved in.

Thanks, I'm new to the WSMs, got this one maybe a month ago. I'm still trying to get used to the minion method. I use the fuse method on my kettles with up to 24 hours with half a 20# bag of kingsford blue. It is really hard to beat the Weber kettles, i only got the WSM cause I got a big event to cook for late in May.
