Just lid, it was a new unit in 2014 when I had it done. $15 to sandblast and $20 to powder coat

Ordered new grates and a handle light today. Previous owner had put in new burners. The gray vinyl tank wrap I have from another cart. Then just a good pressure wash and shine. Will paint the lid black at some point to match my Q 2200 (see attachment). Will post pics. when my parts come in.

Showed up on F. B. Market place today for free. Not a scratch on it, just filthy

400 degrees for 6 minutes each side and an internal temp of 155 degrees

I also have the Stanbroil burner tube which has larger burner holes.

The spacing is normal, no different than any other stainless grate. I've cooked burgers, hot dogs, steaks, pork chops, chicken, and ribs last night, works great!! My grill is modified to achieve high temps for searing steaks, so I have no problem with heat distribution.

They are very well built, nice and sturdy, quality product. I use a brush for cleaning. I have a 2200. so it was made for split grates.

I installed these 2 weeks ago, and they are amazing!! No more rusty cast iron for me. I have gone through 3 sets in 6 years, granted I grill a lot. Four or more times a week, and I kept them well seasoned. These are very high quality and work Fantastic.

I don't know what they used to sandblast it. It was $15 to sandblast and $20 to paint, same company.
