The burner tubes are spotless. When I had the grill apart I made sure to clean them out. No plugged holes and I replaced the middle burner with a brand new one. I'm going to take it apart today and see about the connections and look for something that might help. Hopefully that'll do it. Thanks...

If you prefer EVOO then buy a Misto. I use it on all my vegis and sometimes my meat if needed. The Misto is a hand pump spray that you fill with whatever oil you want. Works very well and you can put good quality oil in it.
