I baked Mennonite bacon in maple syrup and brown sugar then topped with milk chocolate. On top of that I tried icing sugar, cinnamon and turbinado sugar, sort of like a funnel cake option :)

I grilled these on my Genesis.

You may have noticed I like stuffing different meats. I tried this, asked my butcher to cut some strip loins 1 1/2 to 1 3/4" thick. I sliced a pocket down the middle, rubbed them with my dry rib rub and then stuffed them with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese fresh Italian parsley and sauteed mushrooms...

I don't see many pics of hotdogs on here. My son asked for dogs on the grill last night. Easy right ? Jumbo all beef wieners sliced down the middle, stuffed with Philly herb and garlic cream cheese and wrapped in Mennonite bacon. When done wrapped in shaved Swiss cheese and covered in curry...

I haven't used a stone but I could never get the pizza cooked without burning the bottoms until I elevated it ( pop cans )[/URL][/IMG]
