These were also on clearance at alot of places during the winter time for around $13-15 bucks. I was able to get one and a friend gave me another. They work great and are super easy to clean.

I have a really big storage unit that I used to store like 100lbs of some oak and cherry wood that apparently had a hole in it. It rained very heavily a few day's ago and I opened it up to see it full and soaking with water. The wood had a weird smell to it so I rinsed it out. Can I still use...

I keep everything outside except my SJP and Coleman (this stays in the garage in a portable bag) all with covers. So far no problems.

In San Diego, the only spots I can seem to find the big cryovac's are at Costco, Sam's and Henry's. I like Henry's since they still have the bone in them. Costco here always has them boneless.

I've had that happen with other brand grill's but have not noticed it yet with my Genesis Silver B. You can probably call Weber customer service and they might have an answer for you.

Merry Christmas to everyone here! I have had this 8lb butt on since yesterday at 4 and it's still only at about 175. I just cranked up the temp to 325 right now so hopefully I can still have this thing ready by lunchtime. It's 6:48 a.m. PST. Stressing is starting to build....

I did one yesterday and only part's of it were tender. I did this one with the brisket in the bottom rack this time with a butt on top. Definitely not doing it this way again. I'll stick to how I did it before.

This was my favorite meat for awhile till I got a little tired of it. I'm tempted to go to the Costco by my house and get one of those 5-6 pack cryovac packages. $3.99 a pound and it sure does look good.
