    Weber Chimney Safety

Thanks for the response Chris. I just wasn't thinking about what I do with the chimney for that minute when I'm ready to pour the charcoal into the charcoal grate. Gives a person a reason to plan on what he is going to do with the chimney when the time comes. I think the easy thing would be to...

    Weber Chimney Safety

I'm a little confused here. If the chimney has lighted charcoal in it why would you set it down on anything other than the charcoal grate?

18" WSM Stainless Steel Door Replacement

    Mexican Shredded Beef

Looks good... I'm used to good food such as this but it is impossible to find restaurants in Kansas (where I live now) that even have an inkling of what Mexican food is suppose to taste like or even what is in it. Restaurants here use ground beef and beans instead of deliciously prepared beef...

18" WSM Stainless Steel Door Replacement

Received the SS door today. It had a protective film covering the outside of it which was easily removed. Re-mounting the knob was a snap and then on it went. It appears to be at least 1" wider than the oem door. It fits great and really looks sharp. It definately defines the word "Quality".
