I bought an Oxo i-series can opener and it made me realize that all the other can openers that I've ever used didn't compare to the Oxo. It is without a doubt the best can opener that I've ever used.

I've seen them at places where they sell grill stuff, I think they are called 'grill toppers' they are usually pretty cheap and meant to be disposable but in this application I think they can be re-used. </div></BLOCKQUOTE> Thanks Ken.....another clue....LOL

I ended up buying a unibit and a 3" C&F thermometer and mounting it in the lid. It looks professional and I'm sure it will work great too. I'm uber happy now.......

As far as I can tell there is nothing that can be done to the stackers that will make them work right. Sure, I crimped the top so that I can put the lid on but that will not keep the steam and gunk from reaching the outside surface of the smoker. I hope the Cajun Bandit stackers are out soon as...
