I was in the mood to stuff and truss but there was no chicken around so i stuffed a chuck roast with some onion's, poblano's and cream cheese. I sliced it and put it in a bun. It tasted like the real thing.

Chris i use the 18.5 WSM for long cooks like clods or butts. But i feel that unless i am cooking 20lb of meat or more there is a lot of wasted space in the smoker. I smoke ribs, chicken and other small stuff on the kettle about once or twice a week. I use the WSM about once every two months.

Thanks for the info guys. I think i will swap the wood handles with the plastic ones from the 26.5 OTG and then try to sell the GGA on CL for $25.

I found a brand new Weber GGA with wooden handles. It does not have the original box but it has never been used. The wood handles look amazing. I paid $30 for it because i wanted the wood handles to swap with my 26.5 OTG. I am not sure what the value of the GGA is so i don't want to mess with it...
