So I continued my wing experiment weeked. Wind chill of -5° so I wasn't go to grill. Well fired up the gasser. Few wings. 50/25/25 mix of butter/Sriracha/Franks. All I can say is I'm loving these wings.

I used a tuna can with some hole punched in it to protectect the lower vent. It tended to plug up with ash. Heres a link.
