    drumsticks in WSM

Another thing that will make them taste ten times better is bull the skin all the way down but not off careful not to rip it season directly to meat then pull skin back up and season skin as we'll absolutely makes one heck of a difference

Going to try some chicken quarters to break the WSM in

Wow I would never use my wsm at that high of temp might as we'll use your grill because at that heat there isn't even a reason to have it In a smoker I broke mine in with ribs and it was perfect then and way better now that it's very seasoned I would smoke them at a lower temp then finish them...

    Pick and choose?

I'm not sure if the family that got me into smoking would join or not but I'd be perfectly ok with tackling it alone if I have to. I would love to find some rib burn comps and such where you don't have to do all 4 meats just want to give it a try I'll probably be the youngest person there though...

    Help with Spare Ribs

Personally don't think mustard is necessary or a good idea on ribs, spare ribs are pork so if you rub them and let them sit too long you get the dreaded ham taste I rub right before they go on
  13. C

    Pick and choose?

If I wanted to enter in only ribs and chicken is this possible or do you have to cook all the meats ? I couldn't afford to do it all !
