Looks like a great meal you have there John. I'm about to season the roast up. I tested the rotisserie and the motor screeched, so I brought it inside for an hour. Now -23/-9, brrr.

Good luck John ! We have a rib roast on the menu instead of turkey this year. I may just use the gasser, it's -18C/-0.4F here and I am getting to be a wimp. :D

Local store had AAA rib roasts on for $4.77 a pound, they had trouble keeping the display stocked !

Thanks for this Cliff. I'd seen a recipe before that was all from cans, and wasn't too keen on that. This one from scratch sounds really good. I even have early buy-in from my better half.:wsm:

No thanks. Cost aside, I like some nice marbling but that is excessive IMO.
