    Thanks Jim. Actually I was pretty suprised by the flavor. Though I did not taste the oranges, ginger, cloves, etc. I did feel the meat tastes "fresh". It did not taste tried out.

    Reheating Turkey

    I want to brine smoke a turkey for a department holiday lunch. I wanted to do the smoking on a Saturday and serve on a Monday. What can I do to ensure that the turkey will still be moist when I serve it? Thanks, Mark
