    ..the charcoal chimney is not and I cannot find it by tracking it (ordered all from amazon, smoker arrived in very good shape via ups). can I smoke something anyway without using the charcoal chimney? ..have never really used charcoal before, thanks also suggestions about what meat to cook...

    First Run on WSM

    Im getting hungry just reading your post am anticipating my first cook in a day or two and have a question. when doing the overnight cook using TMM does the water run out, and if so is this ok? thx. Dp

    Brinkman Temp Gauge

    My WSM is not even here yet (ups tracker says tomorrow or tuesday), but I bought a temp gauge. It is a Brinkman Smoke 'N Pit screw in type gauge. Temp goes from 50-500 degrees, and it cost $24.99. From looking at the section on mounting temp gauges, I didnt see any mention of this type of...
