    I like a hashbrown casserole. You use frozen hasbrowns, cheese, and a cream soup I think (my wife makes the sides).

    Wow, that thing is sweet. I just found a new project. This may be a silly question, but how do you add charcoal? I was thinking of adding hinges to the top to open it all the way up if needed. Is that doable with the design you have? What would be a good lid hanger for the side of this?
