I see that you leave the holes in your top vent completely open, my experience is that the temperature stays more stable when the holes are only 50% open.

Just out of curiosity, what does the inverted fan output do? And why would you need it?

I noticed some strange blower behavior when the alarm goes off. As soon as the alarm sounds and the backlight starts to flicker the fan also pulses on and off at full speed even when the fan output is between 10 and 20%. I have checked this with some of the other HM4.1 that I've build and all...

After some tweaking of the PID value's the temperatures are quite stable, on average between +/- 2 deg C. I have a small 6 CFM blower and have to limit the HM output to max 40%. When the Primo is at temperature the fan will run at about 10%, that's how efficient the Primo is.
