My 4 thermistor boards are ready and on their way from China, can't wait to build one!

In the mouser BOM you send me are two wrong resistor values. 680K instead of 680 Ohm and 390K instead of 390 Ohm. Both values are used for the button. Also you might have issues with the LEDs.

John, would you mind sharing your design, so that I can have a look at it. It would be a shame to let your work go to waste, especially when you already are so close.

Nice piece of work John. Perhaps change to a SMD button as the current 4axis button is obsolete now.

Have you setup a password for the HM? The SCP daemon isn't working without a password.

I would prefer a smaller case with bottom connectors over a large case with connectors on the side. Just my €0.02 !

Just finished building 4 V4.2.4's. Luckily I didn't had any problems sourcing the RPI's, but getting hold of some ALPS SKQUAAA010 (for a reasonable price) was a b***h. Can't wait for V5.0 ;)

Test all voltages on the HM board without the RPI connected. Bryan has posted this picture of the PCB with all voltages.

I have 4 HM4.2.4 boards left from my latest batch. The price is still €8 for a single board. I might also be able to print cases and I have enough RPI connectors and probe jacks left to help a few forum members out (saves the shipping cost of the Digikey parts).

Results! My first HM4.2.4 case, I'm very happy with the print quality but there is still some room for improvements.

Does the web interface show temperatures? If it does then the AVR flash was successful and the cause of the problem is hardware related.

There is probably something wrong with R4(22k),R13(68k),R19(100k) or C7(0,1uF). My guess would be R4.

What happens when you switch the fan output to "pulse"?
