    looks delicious! We've had the same behavior with our Signals.... They are great when they do what they are supposed to do, but they can flake out out from time to time which is disappointing. Looks like you rallied , and got a winner there!

    looks fantastic! It's so cool that this actually works. We started with the Louisiana stuff, but it is way too salty for our tastes... We just mix our own now with flour(s) / corn starch or arrowroot starch / spices. i think the key is the vortex, and cooking these hot!

    yum! yeah, those cuts are hard to cook evenly - even more so when they are thinner - looks like you nailed it! Great to get the fresh corn... we're still probably a couple of weeks out....
