Did that stop most leakage? Im looking at using the 1/2x1/8" black fire gasket. Just seems like a good idea in these bullet smokers. Seems like the tighter they are the easier it will be to hold a consistent temperature for long periods of time
Do i want the 1 inch wide self adhesive nomex for my lit and door gasket on the 18 incher? I saw a roll of the lava brand for 15 bucks. 1 inch seemed kind of thick to me but maybe not? Thanks

looks soooo good? Question........if you cover in foil throughout the whole cook, Does the weber really add any flavor? Would it have tasted the same in the oven? I know its more fun to do on the kettle but just wondering about the flavor...
ive been thinking about getting a few of these. Not with the nonstick coating but it does say "stick resistant". Does anyone have any experience with these? the research ive done says its a lot like cast iron which is what I use now. Im just wanting to get a few lighter pans in my arsenal...
