    My PBS TV channel, runs Primal Grill during the late spring and early summer. I find his show more informative than the others. At any rate I like looking at the BBQ'd food on all of them. Makes my mouth water.

    Tim In my opinon, alot Of the BBQ PM program is entertainment, which I may or maynot care for. I do enjoy looking at the food, as well as maybe picking up a pointer here or there. I will be watching as well.

    Dennis I agree with you about the over cooking burgers. I too have been guilty of always over cooking them trying very hard to get them off the grill just a little earlier, for max juiceyness. Never had much luck with the instant themometer been going by feel latley.

    How long can you keep chicken (halfs),that's been brined before cooking it ? In other words take it out of the brine and wrap and refrigerate can it stay in fridge like that for 24 hours or more ? Any info appreciated. Thanks

    Well All, lot's of good idea's to make good burgers. I forgot to mention the I have been using the bottom of a shot glass to flatten the center a little to keep the burger flatter for more even cooking. All this burger talk. Will I have burgers for lunch today ?

    Gary I'm not relly interested in trying it, just thought I'd toss it out there, for some input. Actually I bought some spit chickens today to cook hopefully tomorrow. Might just cook em on the WSM maybe crip up the skin on the bottom grate, and enjoy.
