Yes the shell is a bit chewy. I think next go around will be a little water for moisture and maybe extra wrap of bacon? More moisture? It was still demolished 😉

Lots of room for improvement. I can see where the manicotti shell is just a conduit. Tye wife’s pasta salad is as always A#1 WE DIDN’T HATE IT!! 😉😎
