I'd just keep the bottle holder off that only fits the skinny tanks and use the green tanks instead. You can typicaly get two green tanks for the price of one blue tank.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! since this was my first time putting raw dough on the grill and I did not have much confidence in my success, I only made the pizza as an appetizer. Next time I'll make a larger one for the main course!
