since this was my first time putting raw dough on the grill and I did not have much confidence in my success, I only made the pizza as an appetizer. Next time I'll make a larger one for the main course!

This was my first attempt and I think it turned out great.
Used some premade dough from Trader Joe, tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella.
I actualy exchanged some messages with RCPlanebuyer over the weekend. He said he doesn't make them a lot because they are more difficult to make than normal flavorizer bars. I'm sure that's because of the louvers in the plate.
