Dirty Drip Tray Contest- Show me your worst!

Agreed, it's essential to clean that drip tray - had a couple fires already. Luckily none of them were bad enough or long enough to cause any permanent damage.

20lbs of Shoulder - best setup on new 26 kettle

Hey guys, Been grilling and smoking for quite some time, but just picked up the 26 inch Kettle today (wheels were missing, had to steal some from my performer, but parts on the way from weber). I have 20lbs of pork shoulder, 2 10lb pieces - so the question is what's the best way to smoke these...

    Its a Fire Pit

@John Solak John - I've been eyeing that thing also, but read a few reviews that state that if you have a few logs in, and put the grate on, it immediately buckles. Let me know how your experience goes. Thanks!!

    Chicken for the Team

Hey Everyone! Chicago weather is finally in the 50's/60's, and you know that means more grillin and chillin. Was in a good mood, so decided to cook up some halved chickens for the co-workers at ACE Hardware Headquarters. We're a tight knit group, and everyone loves BBQ, so why not treat them...

    Now? Or wait?

ACE Operates 4,400 retail centers, and have had the best income in the last couple of years. Not to say some aren't going away, but there's always the retires, the underperforming stores, etc. Others move to different locations. We have more stores than we've ever had. Now, the other guys...

    E-330 replaced with a S-330

EP330 is less upkeep, with porcelain coatings. To me, the black looks better for some reason, but that's just a personal choice. The S330 is a beautiful grill though for sure.

    Now? Or wait?

Here's your solution. I posted this earlier today. This should help, if you can find that ACE Store. 80% of the US population live within 5 miles of an ACE Hardware Store, so you must live in a rural area: http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?57846-ACE-Hardware-Weber-Promotion-Memorial-Day-Sale

    Stuffed Chicken Roll Ups

Hey Everyone, Got out of work a bit early today as a head start to our family vacation (Eagle River, WI). I had some extra time so decided to roll up some chicken rolls. The Yakitori Challenge

Jim, I soak my skewers the same way, then flip them once in a while. Maybe I need to grab a Old English 40oz and should have no problems lol. yakitori still looks good, worst case cut away the bitter burnt pieces. I'm betting the inside was just fine right?

Master Touch available for 2015 lineup

This one right: http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/app/4664476637.html I saw it also, but I notice quite a bit of rust on this guy, especially around the lid handle. Also, not sure if the gas assist works. I'd have to see it in person, but at first glance I would pass on it to be honest...

Master Touch available for 2015 lineup

You no longer need to twist the thing into place as much, and labeled as as high capacity, although it doesn't look all that much bigger.
