    Nice iron.i picked up a book from sams club called cast iron classics. Lots of pics and recipes in there, and i cant wait to start trying some recipes. Im going to goodwill tomorrow to see if they have any older cast iron.

    Leftover brisket? Whats that? Just teasing. Ive frozen part of a flat which was part of a whole packer i smoked, and made chili with it. Or you could drop it in boiling water if you vac seal it, and it should be pretty good.
