Well, sure, everyone one seems to know how to cook a tri tip, so why not?:cool: Everything on the menu, other than the salad and horseradish sauce, were new cooks for me, new mash potato recipe, never had done those rolls before, and of course my first ever tri tip..;).......enjoyable...
