The 9" pie pan because they are easy to find and cheap. Ideally a 12" pie plate would be used but they are harder to find and cost more money.

I agree about the money, and the kettles just cook so doggone well. Its hard to imagine the GAs doing a better job. BUT being a gas stove could have its advantages.

Well started tonight, had boneless/skinless chicken breast with No. 5 sauce, and a carrot and apple salad with orange/lime vinegratte I made. Everything tasted great and was home made LOVED IT!
