No experience with either, I'm a Stoker user. But I personally know the owner of Auber and use several of his products. He is fast to respond to any questions or support issues.

Amir, Have you considered StokerLog with open source code. There are many users that have the ability to add features to the program. (I'm not one of them)

Still in the testing phases. Works well above 200° as you can see from the graph below. Below 200 the temp swings are larger then we like. Several testers are experimenting with reducing the draft fan's speed at lower temperatures with great results. Smoking at 190 then raised to 375°...

No one is more dissappointed about the software release delay than John, the owner of Rocks BBQ. I can only agree with all of the supportive comments about the product and it is worth the wait. Just remember, you can still connect it to a gaming adapter to have WiFi now just like the White box...

The StokeMaster iPhone app is now available thru the iTunes store. I am not affiliated with the app designer or owner of the app. Have been following his post on the brethern for several months now. Apple approved the app on 8-18-2011.

Missing Auber's I have the Stoker.

Using one of Auber's stand along PID's to control a pellet grill. Works really well.

How is the Stoker held in place on the faceplate? From looking at the pictures, it appears you removed the Stoker faceplate and sandwiched it over the other faceplate.
