Fully agree. Just looked at menu. Will be getting some large pot roast sandwiches. I usually stew pot roast. My homemade onion soup in foil method was no longer working on these newer chick roasts. So I copy a chinese short rib stew. Always tender. But not quite the way I grew up with it.
