i started my fire this morning at 7 to cook a small shoulder and a rack of ribs... the temp got to 250 within about 30 -45 mins from starting then drastically has fallen off, i can not get it over 200-215 and maintain for any length of time.... it is about 25 degrees outside now, 10 mph wind...

well doesnt look like i get to cook today, i have to go to work

i will do it... i have never done ribs before so i am still trying to decide on how to d them... already have the butt rubbed and wating

it will be 10 degrees or so here in alabama tomorrow when i get up and i will be firing up my smoker!!!! have a small bone in butt and a small rack of ribs.... first time trying 2 different things on the smoker.....

$45 to high? i didnt think it was that bad but i havent seen it in person...

has anyone attached one of these to a 22 wsm? thanks for any info table
