i de-boned the thighs. and try to trim them as close as possible but you see how that worked!!!

cooked at riverfest in decatur this past weekend... this was our 3rd comp ever... out of 40 backyard teams we finished 2nd in chicken and 28th in ribs. 12th overall... no idea what happened to our ribs! still was very excited about the chicken.... cookers set up.. we dont cook on the bottom...

shaun, did you have to do any paint work to the kettle or just clean it up? i bought a 98 red master touch that is pretty rough and needs some touch up... but i got it for $15!!!

i just scored a new nver used marlboro go anywhere gas... is there anyway to tell what year it is??? the paper work that is with, one was printed 11/93 and the other is printed 2/94
