fired up one of the reds for some chops, corn and taters sauced then fired up the jumbo for some BSCB 3 on the right have honey chipotle sauce and the 2 on the left have my competition sauce on them hard to get plated pics when you got 2 hungry kids!!! thanks

yes its a huge PITA!!! but they needed cleaning.... i have 2 old cast aluminum dutchess cookers too that i didnt bring out!!!!

my "crawl space" is literally 12-15 foot tall the entire underside of my house so i have lots of storage... i of course use all the wsm's a few of the portables and one performer all the time...

everyone said my wsm's were dirty from comps, so i decided to clean them all up... updated pic of the family....

thanks guys! and @jimk, i just tossed in evoo with a lot of s&p and weber beer can chicken seasoning, cook them indirect until like you see them in the pic... grill was hot!!!!

started off with a small comp about an hour from me... i usually have two teammates that help but this weekend i was solo, lord help me!!!! my little set up my cookers with one of the cyberq's i was so embarrassed of my chicken i didnt take any pics, but wound up coming in third place...

i have 2 cyber q's and have had one of them for two years and one for one year, i use the all the time at comps and have never had an issue, if you do have an issue the people at bbqguru are awesome.....

took 3rd place in wings at my last comp with a modified version of this...

yes, 20 teams are turning in 50 or more wings for a peoples choice... public pays $5 to eat and choose, we are one of the 20.... look me up
